The fact I could walk up the road to the town centre was a big factor in buying it.Being top floor was another big pull for me because of the quiet it affords, as well as the additional security aspect. Having an en-suite is such a great extra to have, especially when you have guests.I hope the next owner will be as happy as I have been over the years.
