I bought this property for Mum almost 6 years ago. Other than being local to where I live the great thing was that everything was accessible. This meant that although she was close enough for us to look after her she could still maintain her independence. The bus stop is seconds from the front door with great links to Bluewater, Dartford, Gravesend and the local hospital.

The Warden; Linda, is great. There's a pull cord system in the flat in case of emergencies. When Mum had her fall she had someone with her in minutes as a result.
