Full Details for 2 Bedroom Flat for sale in Hove, BN3 :
Victorian chic with a modern twist! Situated in the heart of Brunswick Town Conservation Area, this spacious apartment combines everything that’s desirable about traditional, Victorian architecture – and the best of modern living. A stone’s throw from Hove Lawns (and the beach), it is also in the middle of Hove’s bustling restaurant and café culture and bar district, making this quite an enviable place to live!A varied choice of local convenience shopping, easy transport connections (although the centre of Brighton is only a pleasant 10 minute walk away) and plenty of resident permit parking spaces, all make this an ideal location for everyday living. The apartment itself is a must to see! Big, spacious and well presented throughout, it’s the perfect hassle free move, just move in unpack and enjoy your new home.Like to entertain, prepare to be wowed! The lounge area is an impressive 20 foot in size, it could easily accommodate a large dining suite for those budding socialite’s out there or why not fire up the barbecue for a spot of ‘alfresco’ dining in your own larger than average private patio garden. Overall this is an exceptional home, great location, fantastic accommodation, 2 bathrooms, your own private garden and the beach on your doorstep. What’s not to love!
We will be sad to leave this lovely garden flat as it has everything just on the doorstep. You are only a short walk to the centre of Brighton, or in the opposite direction George Street if you fancy a quieter shopping experience. With Palmeira Square just at the top of the road getting about the city cannot be easier as this has bus links to most parts of the city and beyond, and both Brighton’s train stations are less than twenty minutes away. We will miss having some of Brighton’s attractions such as the arts trails, Pier and water sports all a stone’s throw away!
