We have always found to walk into this flat is an instant de-stress as it's so airy and full of character, We also enjoy walking along the cliff top, or the prom at the foot of the cliff, and that everything you need is on your doorstep. While we found there's no need for a car, parking is available in the residents' car park and garaging is available for a small cost. (subject to availability)
