It was location, location, location that attracted us to this lovely apartment! It’s set back from the Old Dover Road and is opposite Kent Country Cricket ground. It’s very handy for getting into the City centre from here and there’s a good bus route nearby. We viewed quite a few apartments before seeing this. This one immediately felt like home and we were really stunned by the big rooms – particularly the huge living area. We would really recommend our apartment to a professional couple or single person looking to live in a great location! Recently we have had the apartment rented out and have found it attracts good tenants and a good rental income.
