We chose this apartment as the shared ownership scheme gave us the opportunity to get on the property ladder that we were otherwise struggling to do.

We could afford the monthly payments for a mortgage but trying to get a large enough deposit together was proving difficult. We love the location as everything is close by. We can leave the car in its allocated space, know it is safe and then get around by foot.

The apartment is bright, spacious and very modern (so we don't have to spend any of our time off sorting out DIY issues).
