I was initially attracted to this home due to the location being so central to the town centre and of course the seafront. All being within walking distance from your home is a rarity in Folkestone and one of which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

The space inside has suited me ideally and would also suit a young family if necessary. I have reconfigured the lounge area, opening it out and it has allowed a lot more natural light into the kitchen, making this space ideal for inviting friends and family over.
