We have used this flat as a second home for the last 18 years and it has served us perfectly. As it was the former show apartment, we haven’t needed to change much and this has allowed us to come and go as we’ve pleased. We have recently improved the apartment with a new bathroom and en-suite as well as redecorated other rooms.

The panoramic sea and cliff views were what sold it for us in the first place and made our decision a simple one when deciding where to invest our money in a weekend retreat.

With The Leas on our doorstep, easy beach and shopping access, this location really doesn't get much better.
