OUR COMMENTS This bright, sunny, spacious apartment has so much to offer you'd be forgiven for thinking you were walking round a house! The two bedrooms are very generously sized, there is no 'box room' here, the lounge which overlooks the local countryside providing beautiful views is 14' in length and there is also a balcony to sit out on and enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a 19' kitchen/diner which gives you a lovely setting to sit and eat your dinner whilst gazing across at the rolling fields, and it measures an impressive 19'! There is space to park your car outside the garage which provides you with more storage space should you require it. The apartment may lend itself to many different people with differing needs and wants. It would make a perfect 'lockup and leave' holiday home.
OWNERS COMMENTS I have absolutely loved living here which is why I have stayed in the apartment for twenty years! Living somewhere else will certainly be a strange experience and I shall definitely miss the space I have here, the balcony and the gorgeous views. The rooms here were far bigger and sunnier than any other properties I saw and it is brilliant having a kitchen that is big enough to have your own dining space. The spare bedroom is a good size and great for when guests come to stay for a few days and having the garage is excellent for extra storage. Locally, everything I need is close by including the bus routes across the Island and Shanklin High Street.
