I bought this flat 3 years ago as I was attracted to the room sizes, the location and the fact it also has a lift.It was in a terrible state when I bought it, and I have had everything done whilst i have been here, including a new fitted kitchen, the new shower room. I have also had all the rooms redecorated and re-carpeted and a nice feature fireplace put in the lounge.I have loved living here and the only reason I am moving is to go back to Luton where my family lives.
