I wanted a lock up and leave property due to going travelling, now I have returned my requirements have changed and I am moving to a bungalow. Living here gives you great peace of mind, a sense of security and whilst it's quiet and private, the local parade of shops in Ferring are close by for the daily essentials.
I have made many improvements to the apartment - there really isn't anything for the new owners to do other than to just enjoy their new home! I have been very happy here and I am sure the next owners will be also.
