We bought the flat for its location. It's a great place to live as you are so close to bars and restaurants, as well as walking distance down to Southsea seafront.

We bought the flat to rent it out so the location needed to be nice enough for tenants to want to live there. The condition of the flat was lovely when we bought it so we haven't had to do anything.

It has been a great investment for us and we have never struggled to find people to live there.
