What attracted us most to this particular apartment was the fact that it is unique, as it is above the garage, meaning we have no neighbours either side or above and below us! We also have the benefit of a garage and parking space, as well as the loft, so storage is fantastic here.

The location is also perfect for us as we can easily get to the local shops, our son's school, and it is easy to get to Westwood Cross and the M2 from the local transport links. We have loved the fact that as a new build property we have not had to worry about any maintenance problems, and have been able to concentrate on family life! The only reason we are moving is to accommodate our growing family and pets!
