When I was out viewing properties I saw lots of other flats but this was, by far, the largest I had viewed and thought that it was really well built. What I like about the flat, as well as its size, is that you cannot hear any of your neighbours as there is not a flat above you or one next door.

This is such a nice, quiet area with a Sainsburys supermarket nearby and you can also walk to Ebbsfleet International railway station.

Even though there is no balcony, there is a communal park just along the road which is perfect for relaxing in on a summer's day with the Sunday papers or, perhaps, even with a glass of wine or two.
