One of the things that attracted me to this flat was the location. It was close to the town and was ideal for the station, so made commuting to work incredibly easy. I also loved the fact that the flat was new, had the en-suite and had no maintenance to worry about whatsoever.
Another big plus factor is the huge amount of loft storage space available in the eaves and accessed by a large hatch and retractable ladder from the second bedroom
At times, when I go away, it's a perfect lock up and leave flat, I think being on the top floors makes it ideal for that. I will certainly miss the convenience of living somewhere so accessible to absolutely everything.
