When I first bought this flat is was a great place to live, so central and Faversham is a great town to be in. In more recent years it has been a great rental – I have never been without a tenant.

One of the things that attracted me to this particular property was the character of the building. It is great to have the things like the sash windows for example.

The garden is another huge bonus of course, but another positive and surprising feature is the cellar space. Each flat has its own area so this means you can get things stored away, I imagine this would be particularly useful if you were downsizing from a larger property!
