Location Granted a Royal Charter of Incorporation in 1592, Marazion is one of Britain's oldest towns; famed for St. Michael's Mount and home to many working artists. With galleries and \"boutique\" type shopping within the town centre, this is a holiday designation that is currently enjoying the resurgence of Cornish popularity. The increased use of Newquay Airport, the dualling of the A30 linking to the motorway network and the upgrading of the mainline railway terminus which connects to all points east make the area more accessible and complements the restaurants, galleries and \"up-market\" facilities now apparent. A regular service to the Isles of Scilly is provided by \"The Scillonian\" which sails regularly from Penzance Harbour.

. The West End of Marazion, to the front of Feliskirk Court, has a fine sandy beach long-favoured by wind surfers and increasingly used for more extreme sports. The area has golf courses, equestrian facilities and opportunities to partake in a diverse range of leisure activities. The coastal footpath continues to either side of the town where good walking through spectacular scenery is to be enjoyed. Penzance offers a more comprehensive range of facilities and amenities plus the regional centre and cathedral city of Truro is approximately 25 miles distant. This is a location of immense charm and appeal suited to both holiday users and those looking for all-year-around residential accommodation.

The Property Feliskirk Court comprises five apartments developed 2007/8 within this fine period style house with front line views and which we believe, dates from the early 20th century. There are three, two bed apartments and two, one bed apartments. All have allocated parking and storage space for cycles/surf boards, and the benefit of a high specification finish with many period and character features retained, gas central heating, individually designed contemporary fitted kitchens with appliances included, thoughtfully designed communal areas with provision for services, stylish bathrooms with pleasing finishing touches in many areas bring these apartments to a standard that truly complements the drama and magic of the location.
