We were moving from Barkingside when we were looking for our new home. As I was living with my mum, we wanted an apartment but not the hassle of having to contend with lots of communal stairs and hallways. So the impressive hallways and private lift was an immediate attraction.

Buying this home from new we were able to choose the flooring, kitchen and bathroom and we went for neutral greys and warm creams to emphasise the space and make it contemporary yet homely.

We have loved living here and we will miss the friendly neighbours and convenience of having Loughton High Road on our doorstep along with the station, which is ideal for commuting into London.
