We have lived here for six years and have really enjoyed our time here.The size of the flat is what attracted us initially to it and also the proximity to Heron Way which we have found to be a delight.The town and station are both within walking distance, and the area itself is nice and our neighbours are all very friendly which we will miss dearly.The only reason we are looking to sell is to be closer to our friends and family in Essex.
