Another benefit for me was the garage which is great for storage. The neighbours are very special and there is a lovely community feel in the area which i will miss. The big kitchen is great for entertaining in as is the cute garden. I have put a lot of heart and soul into home improvements and i hope the buyers will love the house as much as i have.
