We really have done everything to the property because it did need a lot of work. When we bought it we liked it because of the sense of space that it offered and the fact that it was unique for a 2 bedroom house, especially the garden to the front and although we haven't added the off-street parking there is plenty of scope to do so (subject to consent).It really would be easier for us to say what we haven't renewed in the house as we have left no stone unturned and because we are just round the corner from Sunnymede Infant and Junior school, which has a great academic record, the house is perfect for families.
