For us, this was instantly 'the one' when we viewed it off plan, as it ticked every one of our boxes on our perfect property list. The location is great as we needed easy access to the station, A roads and motorways. We also liked the fact that it was going to be ready to move into without any DIY to be done at all. We have always preferred a lounge/diner and kitchen layout so again this was perfect for us. The parking is great for leaving the car safe and sound, so you can take a nice stroll into town. Not only that, the garage is superb for storage - You can never have enough!
