I have enjoyed living here for 20 years and it has been an amazing home. I am now looking to downsize, but I will not be moving far! In fact, my plan is to move to a smaller property in the same area.

Since I have been here it has been important to me to keep everything in the best condition and I have always kept up with the decorating. This house is larger than most of the others here and that really attracted me, it is great to have the dining area which most of the others do not. The garage is also great – it is important to me to get the car off the road. This also means I have space for friends to park in the car park.
