We love Whitstable and had visited here many times before we decided to buy a holiday home.
This house suited us perfectly as it was low maintenance and we did not want to spend all of our leisure time on D.I.Y.
We really wanted to be in the centre of Whitstable and again the location here is superb. We have always found parking to be a real challenge in the conservation area so were over the moon that this came with its own space.
Circumstances changed over the years and we have been renting this out very successfully to some wonderful tenants. We now feel that it is time to pass the keys over to a new owner.
