We bought this house five years ago as we loved the location. We could immediately see the potential it had and since being here we have done quite a bit of work. We have had new electrics and radiators, re-plastered some rooms, re-pointed the chimney, had new flashings and guttering. We also put in the open fire in the lounge and the log burner in the dining room, renewed the kitchen floor, replaced the bathroom, re-decorated and re-carpeted and improved the garden, it has been quite a project but we have loved every minute!
We are now looking to move up the property ladder and we hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
