The house has been very well maintained by our young sellers, so you could move in with no major works to be done. The cosy lounge area has a great feel about it, the exposed brick chimney breast with soft lighting in the alcove give the room a certain elegance and warmth.

The good size kitchen/breakfast area can handle a little table for dining or to sit in peace flicking through the morning papers whilst tucking into your cereal before work.

Lazy weekends however could be spent in the private garden which simply screams low maintenance, with a fresh lawn, replacement fencing and patio for al fresco dining in the summer months.

We looked at a few homes before we stepped into this home, within a minute we knew this was the one! The Almshouses opposite give us a lovely view and when the blossom trees are in full bloom it looks so pretty.

We always park in Bush Row without any problem and our neighbours are lovely, the best you could ever hope for.
