We moved here 8 years ago as we completely fell in love with the location. It's such a special position as you can enjoy being right in the heart of the town centre yet still feel like you are tucked away from it all as it is so peaceful. Only four of the houses on the development have private gardens and we loved the fact that ours was one of them and it also has a southerly aspect so gets plenty of sunshine. People don't move from here very often - which in itself says it all! Even though it's a new house, we have still transformed it since living here. We replaced the kitchen, the bathroom and the en-suite and put in under- floor heating. We also changed the layout so that both bedrooms had en-suites. We astro turfed the back garden too.
