Mum moved here in 2007 and she loved the fact it was a new house. The thought of just being able to move in and have peace of mind that everything was brand new really appealed to her so she jumped at the chance and snapped it up. It was also just round the corner from where we live so it was nice to have her so close and to be able to keep an eye on her! She spent most of her time outside, pottering around as she absolutely loved gardening. Mum's since gone into a care home now which is the only reason for us putting the house up for sale.
