We bought this house 2 years ago for our daughter to live in. It needed totally renovating so we have put in new windows, new wiring, replaced the boiler, put in a new kitchen and bathroom, re-decorated and installed new flooring/carpets throughout. It was a real project but we could see the potential and we loved the location being just a few minutes walk to the town. The patio garden is a real sun trap and you get great views of Ranmore and St Martins church spire from the bedrooms. Our daughter's circumstances have changed and she is no longer living at the house so we are looking to sell with no chain.
