When we bought this house we felt that it was an ideal "first time buy" as it was a good size. Since 2012 we have installed a new bathroom, redecorated the house and landscaped the rear garden.

This is a really handy location with excellent access to the A2/M2 motorway networks and is on the edge of the hugely popular Singlewell area. There are good schools within walking distance as well as a doctor's surgery and you can also walk to the local pub which is a really friendly, family pub, serves good food and has a lovely garden.

We have been really happy here but now feel it is time to buy a bigger house so that we can raise a family.
