We always wanted this area as it is just a walk to the harbour area of Folkestone, we enjoy popping down there on a Sunday morning for fresh fish or having a beer and enjoying the live bands on a Saturday night, and all just a few minutes from our front door. It's great when we have friends and family visit from out of the area as we can all spend a day at the beach and enjoy just a short stroll back home.

My sister actually owned this house before us and when she decided to move I knew I just had to live here. The garage is a huge bonus for us and means that I can indulge in my hobbies whenever I like.
