When I first saw my home I was amazed by the size of the rooms. The character and style of the house is great and having two good size bedrooms is a huge bonus.

Since being here I have made many improvements. Lots of work had been done previously too including an updated boiler and new kitchen.

The area is really handy for the motorway and travel in general. There are village shops, pubs and even a farm shop close by. If you have a dog or just enjoy walking then you're close to the North Downs for walks.

I am staying in the area and selling with no forward chain.
