Having moved into the property numerous years ago we have completely refurbished this throughout ensuring that it has been maintained to the highest specifications.

Such is the condition of the property that despite being installed almost nine years ago the oven is still as good as new, in fact it has never been used. I have loved the tranquillity and being able to step out of my back sliding doors on to the private patio overlooking the river Darent and fields. The communal grounds around provide a awesome sight all the year round. I will sorely miss the views from the lounge whilst watching TV in the evenings and hope the new home owner will love the property and care for it just as much as I have.
