Another property under offer through Sale By Tender… 29 viewings and 7 offers. Selling your house by informal tender = top price and no commission fees.
A unique modern home forming part of a 'select' development, it's safe to say these houses don't come up very often at all. Not to be confused with the already popular houses on the estate, this home has all the benefits of that, yet has the edge thanks to the more individual design and build. With a garage and driveway accessed via Bentsbrook Road you can pull up in your car with ease and meander up the garden path in no time. Once inside, you can put your feet up in the lounge/diner or entertain friends and family at the table over a spot of dinner. In the warmer months you can throw open the doors to the garden and enjoy some al-fresco dining. The kitchen is a brilliant size and even though there is plenty of work top space and units, you could add even more units or a breakfast bar, for somewhere to eat.Upstairs both of the bedrooms are good size doubles, making it an ideal choice for sharers or anyone needing to rent the other room out to help towards the mortgage. The bathroom is flooded with natural light coming through the window and offers a bright, spotless environment for that well earned soak.Commuters can get the bus into town and make use of Dorkings' three stations too.
I moved here almost a decade ago and for me it was all about the size and location. I had viewed lots of properties but this place just felt a lot bigger than others I had seen. I also loved the fact that there was a garage and driveway as this has always given me peace of mind and ease wherever I come home from work. It's literally just on the outskirts of Dorking and I often walk into town from here and it takes me less than twenty minutes. Since living here I haven't had to do a great deal as the house itself was only built 14 years ago but I have re-decorated most of the rooms.
I have certainly enjoyed the convenience and low maintenance of this lovely property over the years, but now feel it's time to move on to a larger property outside the area.
