Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Sheerness, ME12 :
A place to retire to close to the sea with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep.Keep fit and healthy walking along the beach, catching the midday sun and, when it gets too hot, why not take a cooling dip in the sea. If you have a dog, they are sure to love it too.Just around the corner is The Glen Village Green, perfect for grandchildren or pets as there is acres of open space for them to hide in and run around. It is also a great place to cycle with a mixture of different slopes and ground types to ride on.Take a stroll in the mornings to the shops at the end of The Broadway, grab a paper and a pint of milk, along with any other essentials and head home. Why not sneak in a swift pint at The Harps pub and restaurant while you are there? Better make sure your other half does not catch you though. Sit in the conservatory looking out onto the garden as you read and sip a hot cup of coffee. As darkness falls, head inside and snuggle up on the sofa with a nice hot chocolate and catch a bit of evening TV.Although you don't really need to go into town, the bus stop is just a few yards up the road. Why not venture out for the afternoon either off the island or take a look around Neats Court where you will find a number of stores including Morrisons.
We love it here, we have lovely neighbours and are not overlooked behind. We have been so happy and pretty much have not stopped working on the house since we moved in. Work has included replacing the kitchen, the bathroom and shower cubicle, replastered the ceilings, redecorated, new carpets, new blinds and curtains, new boiler and new fitted wardrobes. However, due to personal circumstances, we now need to move but will be sad to go.
