DESCRIPTION Set on a quiet lane in the charming village of Croscombe this two double bedroom cottage offers a wealth of character and spacious rooms. The property is perfectly located with all of village amenities within a short walk such as the sought after primary school, church, village stores and public house. The property has been lovingly looked after and improved by the current owners over recent years but still offers the potential to create a larger kitchen/dining room if needed. The accommodation comprises a country kitchen with a range of wall and base units, electric oven and hob, Belfast sink and tiled floor. A door from the kitchen leads to a side lobby and storage room which could be used as a utility room or knocked though to make a larger kitchen/dining room. From the side lobby wooden doors give access to the front of the property. A spacious sitting/dining has an abundance of features with exposed floor boards, double wooden doors into the kitchen and a brick built open fireplace as the main focal point of the room. To the first floor are two well proportioned double bedrooms, the larger of the two having several steps into the room and vaulted ceiling. The bathroom features a bath with shower overhead, toilet and wash hand basin.

OUTSIDE Rockleaze Cottage doesn‘t have any official parking with the property but the current owner has parked outside the house for many years. Whilst the cottage may not have its own garden it does benefit from being in close proximity to open countryside with footpaths leading onto the Mendip Hills.
