Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Brighton, BN2 :
As you make your way to your front door you’ll be excused for thinking that this isn’t actually Brighton because surely a city is full of smog and cars queuing nose to tail? Well that’s not the case here so it really is the best of both worlds. With such peaceful views across to the Downs you’ll feel you’re living more in the countryside so your blood pressure is likely to be a few notches lower too!Be careful not to miss the property as you pull up as it quite shyly sits below the level of the road meaning the first thing you’ll spot is the newly replaced roof. There’s plenty of front garden space too so you can add to the kerb appeal with plenty of colour.Once inside, the room sizes are very generous with two good size bedrooms and a lovely lounge at the front which catches the afternoon sun giving you a warm welcome after a hard day at work. Once you’ve finished in the front garden you may want to set to work in the rear garden. Ample in size and with plenty of scope for planting, there’s also room to sit and relax and admire your hard work. Oh and there’s also a great basement storage area with power and lighting to transform into almost anything you want!
We’ve always loved the great community feel around here. Everyone looks out for one another and the bus service is so reliable and convenient that Brighton itself is always within easy reach. The Downs are right on your doorstep too of course. We’ve made a lot of expensive improvements such as replacing the whole roof along with new facias and soffits and we had to level most of the floors which was something we weren’t expecting to do. We had the boiler replaced in 2012 too. We wish we could pick up our home and move it but we have found another bungalow that really appeals to us otherwise we wouldn’t be moving!
