Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Nottingham, NG3 :
MAPPERLEY: An outstanding starter-home, or buy-to-let investment, this two double bedroomed end terraced house is within easy commute of Nottingham City Centre, and comes with a fully fitted kitchen and a modern bathroom suite.
WHY SHOULD YOU VIEW?
If you\‘re looking for a period property in a good area that is well placed for access to town, this house could be the one for you! Mapperley is a great place to live. It\‘s really handy for town, and it is well served by a busy local shopping parade too. We know this house is going to create a lot of interest.
WHAT THE CURRENT OWNERS SAY?
The house is full of period character – from the cosy real fire, to the high ceilings, wide wooden floorboards, and cast iron original fireplace in the bedroom. It has lots of great storage space under the stairs, in the cellar and in the spacious boarded attic. We have loved living here as it is a really quiet road that feels like the suburbs, and yet is only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Having a Sainsburys local 2 mins walk away is also very handy, and being within walking distance of Mapperley shops means you can eat out at Copper and still walk home after a bottle of wine!
There is no chain which means a quick sale is possible. We have many happy memories of Blyth Street and we hope that the future owners come to love the house just as much as we did.
