Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Brighton, BN2 :
Ever wanted a Hanover home that felt like a house but didn’t come with the price tag? Being split level and with a private garden, that’s exactly how this apartment feels.Being on two levels you’ll have just as much space as some houses in Hanover (or possibly more than some). The bathroom is where you’d expect it to be – on the same floor as the bedrooms so you won’t have to trudge downstairs at night time. Bedroom one is almost cavernous in size and its bay window lets the light flood in. Plenty of wardrobe space in this room does away with any storage worries while the second bedroom is another double.Downstairs to the open plan kitchen and lounge areas and you can see another reason why the current owner chose this as her home. She calls it a very “shareable space” and we totally agree. Neither you nor your guests will feel cramped and the open plan layout means you can cook while still conversing with everyone. The kitchen was replaced in 2012 but looks even more recent than that. If the British weather is kind the enclosed split level garden is such an inviting space and attracts a lot of sun giving you even more options. We were delighted to be offering this property for sale and we’re sure you’ll be delighted too!
I always wanted to live in Hanover. It is definitely Brighton but also has a village feel. Everyone is so friendly and you soon get to know the local shopkeepers and publicans. It only takes me about 15 minutes to walk to the station.I’ve made many improvements recently including a new damp proof course on the front wall after which I had some of the render replaced and repainted. I also had some extra electricity sockets put in.I have always felt that Hanover has been head and shoulders better than anywhere else in Brighton and it is my hope that my next home will be in Hanover too.
