The reason we bought this maisonette is because for us it was all about location and getting the most for your money.

When we bought this maisonette, modern flats were being built also and yes they are lovely and modern, but they were rather on the small side and didn't have any extras worth while paying a premium for.

We saw this flat and instantly thought, this is 'the one'! How could we say no to two double bedrooms, our own outside space, garage and parking along with the convenience of the location, offering access to everything we ever needed.
