Being able to walk to Folkestone West station then being in London in 52 minutes was a big consideration when we purchased the apartment. The ability to get a seat and often a table at which to work was a real bonus.

Although bought as an investment, we always saw Flat 3 as a future home and the size of the apartment meant that there were always possibilities for development. We particularly love the old fashioned attic space with window. The basement was an unexpected surprise!

We hope whoever purchases the flat enjoys it as much as we have.
