We have owned this property and had it successfully rented out for approximately 4 years now. It has proved a great investment. We chose it as it was an area we knew well already and it certainly did not disappoint. People often assume that a bungalow is best for people looking at retirement but we have actually had all types of tenants. The property has actually proved very popular with young families. The Barham Primary School obviously helps with this. In fact, Barham is a great location for children to grow up and you also have fantastic access to Canterbury, both by car or the good bus service, with the bus stop a short walk away.
