My family and I have been very happy here. Although we have not been here that long we are moving on as my partner and I are buying together. Over the last year I have worked hard to improve this home and the new kitchen has been a real asset for us. When we first came here we were attracted by the space on offer, the dining area looking out over the garden is great. Parking was important for us too. Having space for a couple of cars on the front, as we as the garage is just what we needed as a family with older children.
Chartham is a lovely place to live, close enough to the towns when you need them but with its own local amenities too when you just need a pint of milk and a loaf on a Saturday morning.
