Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Chatham, ME5 :
Now this is a great place to enjoy your retirement for many years to come.It is a really nice size throughout and the spacious conservatory just adds to the living area. The outlook from here is pretty tranquil making relaxation even more enjoyable, I think it is safe to say you will only be disturbed by the birds in the trees.Saying that the conservatory is the heartbeat of the home is an understatement. The entrance porch offers the ideal resting place for your coats and shoes, especially on those rainy days. The new bathroom suite is sat in the garage ready to be fitted, which is the only bit that needs to be done. On the other hand it is the ideal opportunity to add your personal touch.Outside you have a sizeable plot which is perfect if you are green fingered or you can extend subject to the relevant consents, with quite a bit of land spare. This area is really quiet and even though it is not right on top of town, it is just on the outskirts with good access to all the amenities, you will never feel isolated. If you fancy a day out down the coast then the motorway is less than a 5 minute drive away and half an hour later you will be soaking up the coastal atmosphere.
When we were looking for a bungalow and we saw Hurst Close it was in the right location, on the flat, quiet and close to the family, along with all the amenities and a nice community feel. The thing which really blew us away was the garden, we couldn't believe the size which was on offer. With this in mind, we knew our dog would be having a field day plus we are also pretty green fingered overall, we tend to spend most of our time out here in the Summer months.Over the last few years we made several changes to our home which includes adding the porch, refitting the kitchen, changing the boiler, but the best one is the conservatory, we love it out here and it is even better when the grandchildren come to visit, as it gives them quite a bit of space to run around.
