Having lived here for so many years we can safely say we've loved the location being so close to local amenities and it still also feels quite tucked away as well.
The garden is amazing, in fact we added a conservatory to replace the old one that was there before a number of years ago to make the most of being able to sit out and look down the long garden towards the wildlife area that we have at the back. We’ve actually got a summer house and a shed as well which we have enjoyed painting in as you get lots of light in the garden and its very private.
If the new owners want somewhere that feels a little bit more secluded and private but still close to central Patcham village, then they’ll love this home.
