We bought the house 6 years ago as we wanted to move to a better location for us as we were coming up to retirement.

Since buying the use we have pretty much gutted it and re-built the whole place including the kitchen and bathroom which have been replaced. We have also landscaped both front and rear gardens and made it safe for our grandson and our pet dog.

We are sad to be selling but have plans to retire out to Spain.
