Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Betchworth, RH3 :

Nestled away in this sought after development in the heart of Brockham village this ground floor maisonette will most definitely exceed your expectations. Within walking distance of an award winning butchers to the doctors surgery and local shop - it has everything you could possibly need at your fingertips - even a choice of superb pubs when you fancy a hearty meal. If you are staying in though and enjoy cooking you will love the size of the kitchen as there is plenty of natural light and lots of room to get out the recipe books and cook up a storm. The lounge is a good size with room for a sofa as well as a table and chairs meaning you can entertain at the table and relax and unwind in front of the telly too - whichever takes your fancy. If you enjoy a good view, you can gaze out at the picturesque pond directly outside the window. There are two double bedrooms so if you have guests that want to stay the night, they can do so in the second bedroom and you can keep the one with the fabulous wall to wall, built in wardrobes for yourself! The wet room is great for anyone that struggles to get in and out of a bath but if you like a relaxing soak, you could easily change this back to a bathroom with just a little imagination! There is allocated parking so you can leave the car at home and explore the village or the many walks that are on the doorstep too. Complete with no onward chain, this would be a brilliant first home, investment or even down-size. A real star buy!

What the Owner says:

I bought this maisonette with the sole purpose of moving my father into it. Living round the corner from him was always the plan so that he would never be too far away as he got older. Middle Green has a lovely community spirit which was the other main reason for buying as the neighbours do keep an eye out for each other without intruding on each other's privacy. I rented the property out until Dad was ready to move in and it has always been incredibly easy to let - I guess down to Brockham being such a popular place to live. Sadly my father passed away earlier this year which meant he never got to actually move in and enjoy living here.
