I have refitted the kitchen and replaced the bath with a shower unit which has created more floor space and made it more modern.The windows have been replaced as well and with my new porch it has a much more homely feel than when I bought it as it’s so warm and inviting. I’ll be sad to leave but hope the next owner enjoys their time here as much as I have.
