We have always been fond of the Banstead and Epsom Downs area and knew when we could afford to, we would move here.
It’s a quiet Crescent with hardly any through traffic, and we could not ask for better neighbours. The maintenance we pay is next to nothing. We are always up on the Downs or taking a stroll up to the shops and restaurants at Tattenham Corner. We were blown away by the size of the front and rear gardens and the room sizes generally were bigger than anywhere else we'd seen. Since moving in we have had the whole place redecorated to a more modern standard. The wiring has been updated and we've upgraded the light fittings to give the property a more contemporary feel.
