Having always lived locally before living on the south coast for a while, when looking to move back this ticked all the boxes for me. I didn’t want a flat or maisonette, I wanted space and having the 2nd bedroom was a must which was hard to come by within my budget. It means I could have my grandchildren over to stay and with all the storage space, it was perfect for hiding away the toys when they weren't here.
I liked the position, being situated on the corner it offers a view down the road which is perfect if you - like me - like to see the comings and goings or do a spot of people watching. I am very lucky that I have wonderful neighbours who I will sad to leave behind.
